Ordering from us
When ordering from us, you must be over 18 or have parental consent. Some images may be sample images and may differ slightly from reality. Also, the parts we manufacture may undergo changes in appearance, colour or construction. Orders placed in another person's name without their authorisation will be reported to the police.
Prices are inclusive of
All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in price or product information.
Delivery terms and delivery methods
Stocked items are normally processed and dispatched within 1-7 days. Some goods are built to order and have a longer delivery time than stocked goods.
Damage in transit
Please check immediately upon delivery that no goods are missing or damaged. In case of any damage, please report this via email (richard.customdesign@outlook.com) within one week of collecting the parcel. Damage caused during transport must be reported directly to the agent who delivered the goods.
Incorrect deliveries
Please notify us immediately if we have accidentally delivered the wrong item or the wrong number of items, so that we can rectify the error.
Cancelling an order
If the parcel has not yet been dispatched and you have not ordered special parts or made-to-order goods, you can cancel the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us and cancel the order before it is shipped. If the parcel has been dispatched before the buyer has time to contact us, the recipient is responsible for the return shipping and administrative fee. The return shipping cost and administrative fee are non-refundable.
Unclaimed parcels
If you do not collect your parcel, we will charge you for return shipping and an administrative fee of SEK 99. The cost of shipping to your address is specified when ordering and is non-refundable. The return shipping and the administrative fee will be charged to you.
Guarantees and warranties
We apply a 12-month warranty on our products. Please note that no warranty applies to racing and motorsport products. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use or installation of our products. Always keep the receipt, as this must be presented for the warranty to be valid. All responsibility lies with the assembler of the products and it is the assembler who decides whether to assemble a product and how to assemble it. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of technical data or information provided by suppliers. It is the responsibility of the installer to check that everything is in order before installing and using the products to avoid problems or damage to vehicles or engines.
Right of cancellation / Return
As a private individual, according to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. No right of cancellation applies to companies. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods in stock, not to goods specifically ordered at the customer's request or customised goods. To request a right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, please fill in the information requested in our return form, which will be sent to you after you have contacted us. Please note that under the Distance Contracts Act, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the return shipping and other services rendered. The goods should be returned in unused condition and well packaged. In some cases of repurchase, for example if the goods cannot be used as intended or if the right of withdrawal is deemed to be forfeited, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred, usually shipping costs. We retain 25% of the value of the goods to cover the costs of handling the return. Please note that goods that have been specially ordered for a specific customer or application are not accepted for return. No cancellation rights apply to goods sent outside Sweden. Electronic products are also not accepted for return as they cannot be fully checked. When returning one or more goods that do not relate to a warranty or complaint, a return shipping fee is always charged.
Refund process
After we have received the returned item, the money is normally refunded within 10 working days. Please be sure to include your invoice number, name and contact details to facilitate a prompt refund.
